Our flagship work in 2026 is AI infrastructure: UrBrain, a hosted memory layer for agent systems, and StructuredMerge, the deterministic ingest engine that powers it. Alongside those products we run a portfolio of publishing, civic research, and consulting projects — all built from the same habit of making the work clearer than it was before.
2026 focus
UrBrain is a hosted memory layer for agent systems and RAG-backed products. It stores source documents, document versions, memories, embeddings, and retrieval policy under account, organization, and workspace boundaries — so agents retrieve current truth, scoped to the people and teams allowed to see it.
StructuredMerge compares prior and current document versions and emits stable chunk IDs, content hashes, upserts, and tombstones. UrBrain uses it internally so document updates produce reviewable deltas instead of reprocessing every memory from scratch. The same engine powers any pipeline that needs predictable, replayable diff and merge artifacts.
